Qualifications:

A university degree or college diploma in management or any related field or equivalent proven five or more years experience as an administrative officer or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, MS Word, Windows).

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a foreign worker eligible to work in Canada.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Services Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

Maintain contact lists.

Book travel arrangements.

Submit and reconcile expense reports.

Provide general support to visitors.

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers and external business partners and clients.
