Education: Bachelor′s degree
Experience: 2-20 Years
Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Insurance/ Reinsurance firm or with a Consultancy working with Insurance/ Reinsurance clients (preferably outward or ceded)
  • Project management and effective change management skills to execute work through the various phases of the project lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience in target operating models and process design & development, project and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiatives
  • Willingness to travel as required

Job Description:
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize performance
  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines, under the guidance of a Career Advisor
  • Run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively
  • Mentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants fostering their growth and enabling them to reach their highest potential
  • Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions
  • Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and value-added service delivery, and uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact
  • Contribute to business development efforts and networking activities to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in the banking market
  • Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients
