Job Overview:

Movado Restaurant, a popular dine-in establishment in Regina, Saskatchewan, is currently seeking two (2) Kitchen Helpers (NOC 65201) to join our back-of-house team. This position plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting food preparation staff.

Education & Experience:

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Will train

Work Environment:

• Setting: Restaurant
• Workplace: On-site only
• Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Weekend

Responsibilities:

• Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• Load buspans and trays
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Place dishes in storage areas
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, appliances, and equipment
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
