Job Description:

Position: Irrigation system installer (73200)

Position Available: 2

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $36.25 per hour, for 35 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Various location in Calgary,chestermere.

Job Duties:

• Installed and maintained sprinkler systems.
• Layout full-scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, or related equipment, according to blueprints.
• Used hand and power tools to dig trenches and lay PVC and other pipes for landscape and sprinkler systems.
• Conducted routine maintenance of installed systems.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting or threading.
• Inspect, examine, or test installed systems, using pressure gauge, observation, or other methods.
• Modify, clean, or repair systems, units, fittings, or related machines or equipment, using hand or power tools.

Job Requirements:

Work site environment: Outdoors

Work setting: Various locations, Installation

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English
